These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lint Kit website and services ("Service") operated by MRGNHNT, LLC, doing business as "Lint Kit" ("Lint Kit", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lint Kit. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

3. Free Trial and Billing

  • We offer a 14-day free trial upon account registration.
  • After the trial period, the Service will be suspended until you upgrade to a paid subscription and provide valid payment information.
  • Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms and Privacy Policy.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account and payment information
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or systems
  • Use the Service to process or store data without proper legal rights or consent
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, code, and documentation associated with Lint Kit are the property of MRGNHNT, LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

No code is transmitted to or processed by our Service. You retain full ownership of any data you provide.

7. Feedback

By submitting suggestions or feedback, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use and incorporate it into the Service without compensation.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting lintkitdev@gmail.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • You fail to make payment after the free trial
  • We are required to by law

Upon termination, your access will be disabled and associated data may be deleted.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lint Kit and MRGNHNT, LLC will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid to us in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MRGNHNT, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect and use your data.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or via a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
